There are chapters that cover vitamins, supplement, clothing, shoes and fitness clubs too. You may want to use this book as I do. I refer to it often as a reference book. When I need a reminder about walking, jogging or weight training or what eating fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, nuts and many other foods will do for my overall health. I go directly to the section I need or I just page through the book, scanning miscellaneous information. In the book, I remind us constantly that excess sugar, processed foods and sitting too much is killing us prematurely.
